Return & Exchange Policy
Timeframe
14 days from the date of purchase
Condition of the item
The clothing item must be in its original condition, with tags attached, unworn, and not damaged. It should be in a resalable condition.
Proof of purchase
It is necessary to present a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
Refund vs. exchange
We are not providing cash refunds for all sold items. Equal value of store credits or exchange is available for different size or design of items. Delivery fees of return merchandise will be fully born by consumers except defective items purchased via online platform.
Clearance and sale item
All discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping fees
Malaysia RM350 and above free delivery fees, otherwise RM10/kg, SG RM50/kg.
Delivery
Once payment is successfully made, we will process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep within the next 1-5 days depending on the courier service. Sammy G reserves the right to engage with the courier service of our choice.
Once your item is in the process of being pick up, you will receive a notification through email containing your order summary and courier tracking number. Kindly track and locate your parcel with the courier service. We are not responsible for any unclaimed parcels and any additional costs for redelivery.
